The full masterplan cycle: planning documents, site, transport, environment and ownership constraints, capacity study, programme, options and a criteria matrix, phasing, economics, presentation.
Stakeholders and participation as a working method: design workshops, research walks, geo-surveys, consultation points. Blue-green infrastructure, mixed-use districts, the fifteen-minute city, and generative AI for analysis and communication.
